MEDIA INFO & UPDATES: African American Author's & Empowerment Expo

The goal of the Big Pitch is to give you an opportunity to tell your story. It’s intended to get the attention of your audience. Be compelling; be grounded! Be sure to provide describe your business in a way that excites the judges and sparks an interest to learn more. Be credible, and be passionate about your idea.

Entry Requirement:

Must be an undergraduate college student attending a college or university in the state of Maryland.

There will be 10 college students businesses being pitched on competition day. The top three selections will win $500.00 each to jump-start their entrepreneurial, innovative and marketable business ideas.
